Awesome people, great facility!
Staff @ Dogtopia San Jose is super friendly & loves all of the dogs. They are welcoming and caring. Our pup is very happy & excited when we arrive for drop off. The facility is clean and the dogs are well cared for.
Ice Bear looked happy and healthy when I picked her up. She loves staying at Dogtopia.
The smell
I like the cleanliness, I like the camera that I can view my pet while I’m away. I like the set up for the dogs are in a big open space. I like the friendly staff.
They were wonderful and helpful in accommodating our last minute request for day car for our beagle dog Newton. We had a meet and greet that morning. Our dog came home happy despite being tired from all the traveling from LA.
Webcams are great. Convenient and easy service.
I always feel great when Rarity goes to Dogtopia. She is so excited to get out of the car and get inside, and why wouldn’t she love it? The caregivers at Dogtopia and loving people that give her so much love and attention. This Dogtopia is very well run, clean, and there are packages for every need and budget. I’ve been a customer at this location for more than 4 years! Never disappointed.
