Everyone seems very invested and cheerful. Our dog isn’t very social, so when I see her on the camera, I see her sitting alone , facing away from the group. My hope is that they do engage w her .

The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. The facility is always very clean. My little dog loves going there. I also love the crafts and photo ops.

Well, you are always friendly, and my dog is not afraid of you when we go there. But, I wish you would have someone available to answer phone calls in real time! Most of the time when I call, there is no one available and I have to leave a message. Then, I don’t hear back for about 2 or 3 hours.

I love the staff at Dogtopia San Marcos. I recently moved to east county San Diego, but still drive my dog an hour away because of the staff and the way they are so kind and caring for my doggie.
