I like all services that are offered and my French bulldog likes going there to play.

You always keep me in the loop regarding my girl! Plus the staff is so kind and love my girl to pieces! Everyone is so friendly and had great experiences from day one!

I really appreciate the high quality of customer service. Your staff is friendly and helpful— and has been from the moment I walked in the door as a prospective client. One small suggestion is that there does tend to be a strong dog pee-pee smell in the lobby, which other care centers I visited, didn’t have—but my dog is very happy and I am treated incredibly by each team members. That genuine customer service is pretty rare these days and is why you earned by business and I am very pleased that you have earned my trust with my fur friend.

My Freckles has the best time playing with all his BFFS. The staff is so wonderful!!

Bruno loves coming to Dogtopia. Everyone is kind and friendly to him. His behavior has also improved and he is more comfortable around other dogs which is one main reason we wanted Bruno to come to Dogtopia to help with his socialization and comfort around other dogs and people. He gets all the play time he needs and comes home ready for bedtime. Thanks to every employee who has cared for him and has been kind to him.

Great staff, happy hounds

The staff is very friendly and inviting. My dog is a rescue dog and has a few personality quirks, but they have never made us feel unwelcome, instead they have worked with him to be the best puppy he can be.

They are quick to respond to emails and updates. Their special events are wonderful, and my children love the photos they do of the dogs. My dog is super excited each week to go.
