You guys are great! Only possible improvement is so minor that it’s almost laughable. I wish the web cams had a wider field of view so I could always see my dog, lol

Staff is so friendly, my dog has the best time, great hours and spa times !

We would love if the dogs had more outside time and maybe dog toys in the area. Also my husband and I are not in love with the potty situation mainly for cleanliness reasons and possibility of creating bad habits at home.

Very friendly and caring

Really appreciated Bella at the San Marcos CA location. We rescued a 5-year-old Chihuahua-Poodle mix in 2020 at the height of the Covid restrictions. It meant that our little guy had only us for company for about a year, and had no opportunities for socialization with other dogs. He needed that, but also needed a little extra in order to mix in. Bella was very helpful at our first visit, and recommended day care about once a week to see if he will adjust and have a good time playing.
