I love the safe environment, how the staff genuinely cares about all the pups and the operating hours

Dogs sometimes get into feces or urine, particularly in the past couple months. Seems like the ratio of staff to dogs is too small for staff to clean fast enough and prevent this.

I like that all of the employees know Jax and welcome him. More importantly, I like that Jax likes them and is excited to go and play. I can’t through the door fast enough for him! If his tail was between his legs upon arrival and he had to be pulled into the facility, we would not be taking him there. So thank you for making Jax feel a part of the San Marcos Dogtopia family.

Lovely service from all staff. Dogs seem really happy to be there and taken care of.

Very friendly and dog loving people work here. Hudson is so happy to go here 3 days a week and looks forward to going to “school”.he loves it!

I highly recommend SM dogtopia. Great and caring staff.

Not only does it seem like a great operation, but really appreciated how quickly Bella got back to us and how she handled the intake process. Makes such a difference.
