Dogtopia takes wonderful care of my dog, he loves playing with other dogs there and comes home happy and tired! I love the creative cute events and crafts you plan for our dogs, for example for Mardi Gras, Valentine’s Day, and other occasions. It is just a fun and caring place with employees who truly love dogs!!

Mamba loves to hang out with his furry friends and the wonderful staff. When I drop him off he is super excited to be greeted by everyone and runs towards back door to go see his furry friends. I know he is well cared for and loved by the staff which gives me peace of mind. Thank you

Just had our meet and greet today, as well as daycare. Went great! Very professional and helpful staff.

I love the spa services from Dogtopia San Marcos! So easy to schedule via app or even call in to check on same day availability. Staff is always friendly and helpful with questions and scheduling. My pup is a little nervous and they always treat him kindly but with purpose so he doesn’t have time to get worked up. The bath is a great value including nails and ears and the add ons are affordable too. Leo always comes back fresh and safely trimmed up! We use Dogtopia for daycare as well and they have fun things planned for the dogs throughout the month, games, crafts, special treats. We got the cutest pumpkin paw print for Halloween and it’s a keepsake! It’s obvious they value our community and love our pups. 10 out of 10 recommend Dogtopia San Marcos!

Well, Everyone is very friendly.

But what I don’t like is that you are closed from around noon until 2:00pm. If Idrive up, your door is locked or it says you are closed! If I have my dog there for a bath at 10:00 am, and she should be ready for pick-up at 1:00 (3 hours later) (like I was told) No One even calls me when she was ready (like they said they would) because they would not call until after 2:00???? That does not make sense!!! I had to call you after 3.5 hours when I had not heard back from you, at 1:30, and whoever answered the phone said…”we don’t open again until 2:00, but your dog is ready! But you can pick her up just after 2:00pm.” ????????? That is STUPID!!!!
