I love that my dog WANTS to come back to daycare every day! She loves it there and that tells me that you love her and take care of her when I’m not there to do so.

Its a safe environment for my dog to run and play, get lots of exercise, since I don’t have a big yard for him to run in. He is interacting with other dogs in a controlled environment.
He loves to go to Dogtopia. When I pull up in the front, he can’t wait to jump out and go in.
It makes my dog happy.

The employees seem to really like their jobs. They are quite friendly up front upon receiving dogs. I like it that we are able to keep a watch on the dog thru out the day via your camera set up.

All of the employees are incredibly kind and caring; I feel safe and comfortable leaving my dog with them to have a wonderful, engaging, and fun day. I love that they have webcams available on their app for me to check in on how my dog is doing, and it’s great that they have both an indoor and outdoor space for them all to play and socialize. The app is also very simple and easy to book appointments and navigate for support. The only critique I have is that when I want to pause a week, I need to call in (which is not the issue), but sometimes the pause of payment isn’t completed on their end so I end up getting charged (which just ends up being used for another week). This has happened twice and there’s not anything else I can do on my end to make sure it gets updated. My overall experience, however, has been amazing and I love bringing my dog into this facility!

My dog is always excited to go to daycare at Dogtopia! He plays all day and comes home tired and happy. We always know that he will be well taken care of by the caring and professional staff. Keep doing what you do! Thank you for taking great care of my dog!

Everyone is super friendly and welcoming here, extremely professional! I’ve brought my dog here three times now and wouldn’t want to take him anywhere else!
