Everyone is so nice and friendly. My dogs love going to daycare

They were so welcoming to my puppy and took the time to get to know him. I love all the activities and treats that they offer. I know he is well taken care of and has fun with his new friends.

They know my dog, know his friends, great care while boarding, lunch treat specials everyday, AND fun activities- love seeing instagram posts of all the pups playing!

From the moment we arrive we are greeted with enthusiasm as if the staff is excited to see our dog every day. Disco is always excited to go to Dogtopia and comes home happy and tired. The facility is clean and frequently there are fun activities for the dogs (pool day, bubbles). I enjoy the regular updates on social media with all the dogs to get glimpses of what they are up to while there. It is clear that the staff genuinely cares about the happiness and well being of each dog.

Less kennel time outside of the lunch/cleaning time if possible. It’s the only area I could see for possible improvement but I’m sure it’s mostly a staffing issue.

Clean playrooms, access to Camera and even baths after a fun weekend!

I appreciate the personal attention given to my dog — and to us parents! I also love the thoughtful and creative activities, craft projects, etc. that are designed to keep the dogs from being bored. And, I appreciate the indoor, climate controlled spaces for the dogs to occupy all day long. Texas weather extremes can be brutal.
