Everything is great.

I love the staff and especially how organized and clean everything is. My Beni loves going, he gets so excited when we pull up to the building. 🥹

In my visits, there have been different people with varying levels of competence at the Front Desk. The ones I met could use more training.

Dogs appear to have fun.
They have someon watching them.

Great staff. Clean and my Hondo loves it. Convenient location and very reasonable

They remember our names when we walk in. Staff is super friendly.

I LOVE the folks at Dogtopia! They truly love the dogs in their care — AND the people the dogs live with! 😉 They think of EVERYTHING! Stockings for the babies at Christmas filled by elves and for the doggies that spent the night New Year’s Eve watched movies with their babysitters to drown out the sound of fireworks.

These are just the most recent examples of the love they have for our babies. I can’t thank them enough!

The staff is super friendly , the little projects and arts and crafts the pups do are SO cute!

Everything about Dogtopia is done with excellence. The most important is the team they have attracted. Everyone is clearly passionate about the care and make me feel not only welcome but confident in my fur baby’s treatment, care and safety. We are made to feel like family.

The facilities are clean, conveniently located and temperature controlled which is very important in our crazy Texas extreme temperature weather.

The team at Alamo Heights is very proactive with feedback on your dog’s wellbeing, daily experience and freely offer professional advice and recommendations. I love all the cute ‘take-away’ activities such as pup art and holiday photos. And their variety of daily treats are fun, tasty extras and, bonus, are healthy too!

Finally, the group incorporates activities that includes pet parents that helps encourage a community with pups and pup parents.

The value of all that Dogtopia does is above and beyond service fees. I’m so very grateful for this business that seemilngly is straight from the heart.

We absolutely love Dogtopia, the staff, and all of the community outreach they do! They obviously care for our pets; our little one LOVES going there for daycare three times a week, and our older one is not the biggest fan about being away from home but the staff does a great job caring for her, making sure she’s comfortable (including adding bone broth in her food so she’ll eat, making sure she’s near her sister, etc). I’ve recommended them to my colleagues, neighbors, and whomever else will listen.
