Our first visit and evaluation was excellent, informative and we immediately felt right at home. Having a rescue dog who is timid of daycares/boarding, the staff at Dogtopia made us feel comfortable and informed step by step of their practices and their day to day. We left knowing that our Luna would enjoy spending the day there. I can’t say enough, the staff is incredible. The cool temp facility is a huge bonus. This Texas heat is terrible for dogs and knowing they are enjoying indoor play is reassuring.

I value their commitment to providing the best possible care and experience for my pet.

I enjoy being able to check in and view my pet on camera- I wish there were more views.

The staff is wonderful! Very caring folks who enjoy engaging with the pups during the day. I especially like getting a “report” about what my dog did during her day and how she interacts with other dogs.

And, this summer, I have really appreciated the climate control play areas! It has just been too hot for dogs to play comfortably outside all day.

Also appreciate the option to participate in certain treat days during the week, bubble machine days, the Dog of the Week spotlight, etc.

First and foremost, the entire team loves dogs and it shows with their gentle handling, diligent daycare and interaction, regular fun activities they put effort into planning. The team gives genuine feedback about your pets stay and proactively strive to provide individual attention to both pet and owner.

The facility is clean, indoors, and climate controlled. The pricing is very competitive for the level of service provided. Have no doubts your dog will be taken care of in a nice building with activities and affection. Obviously, I’m a huge fan and happy to give more feedback on my experience with Dogtopia. I look forward to watching her on the webcam and fun pictures of her day when there are special activities like pet painting day (I got a paw print flamingo, how cute is that?)

The staff seems to really care about the dogs, we love the treats and deals they offer during the week for the pups, and they are very conveniently located.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They did such a nice job making a first time dog parent feel good about leaving. The facility is clean and they run it well.

The staff is very friendly , the facility is always clean. They take time to get to know the pups and their personalities to best match them in playgroups ! Hands down recommend!!!

Efficient, friendly, dog hairstylist Ms. Deborah . She left our Oreo cute and beautiful. The front desk staff were informative, approachable and exceptionally kind in their demeanor. I will definitely be back! Thank you.
