Everyone is so kind and accepting of all the furry babies. Thank you for accepting my terrier and giving her some one-on-one attention. Both my babies were worn out when getting home; playtime was so much fun for them!!!
Had Meet and Greet appt. Facility is clean and not overcrowded. Staff: Zac, Sabrina and Chloe were very friendly and professional. Our furr baby, Molly adapted well and started mingling during playtime. Meet GM, Russell Bruce. He was so warm, friendly and made us feel right at home. Overall great first impression. Bought boarding packages, as a result.
Efficient, dog loving environment. Took care of my pet in several occasions, he came home happy and healthy.
The groomer was very professional, she listened to my concerns with our older dog and I felt she really heard me.
