The webcam is super nice to have to be able to check in on our fur baby. I had requested if one of the staff could let me know if she was going pee while there. I feel like she is still new and unknown to make the plunge of peeing in the room. When picking up, no one was able to answer that question for me. Wished there was a more detailed communication of what happened during the day.
No contract, the convenience of dropping off and picking up at any time that is convenient for me. The staff is upbeat and caring.
Great service like always! Our “dogo” was healthy and happy when we left him and when we picked him up!
