The manager took time to familiarize us with the facility and operations. Everyone was really good with my pup who is shy and scared of new people.

Great customer service. I would like for people to be on the same page when it comes to explaining prices but other than that good service. Spike seems to like it a lot and he has a lot of fun ☺️
