I know Rocco is very energetic and also a handful. But the staff here is very good with him and very friendly. And he loves going there. He gets excited when he see the building. Also it seems like there’s a limited number of pups. Where I used to take Rocco there were a lot of dogs just all mixed up together and only 2 staff members.

The staff is friendly, helpful and most importantly our dogs love seeing their coaches upon arrival! Dogtopia keeps the dogs active and engaged which promotes good health, ensues they burn calories and keeps their minds sharp. When our 4 dogs get home they are ready for dinner and most of the time pass out until the next morning when they are ready to repeat the day at Dogtopia.
My dog loves going there. He gets so happy when we pull up to Dogtopia and can’t wait to get out of the car to go in. The staff all interact with him and play with him. I like that they do different activities to keep to dogs entertained.
What do I like? EVERYTHING!! The facility is wonderful, the coaches are fantastic, and our pup loves going and comes home happy. We love the ability to board him there so it’s familiar, and to get his routine bath done by his normal “people”. It’s a great place!!
The workers are friendly and caring. The employees are at all times in the room interacting with the dogs while constantly monitoring their playtime. Kennels are situated on the side wall when the pups and workers need a quiet time. The workers do a great job of keeping the facility clean of little messes. They have options for feeding the pups and overnight stays.
Everyone was friendly and kind.
Everyone treats my pup with care! I’m so impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable all the staff is! I can even watch him play on the camera.
I know this sounds funny, but I LOVE the crafts Rocky does. I have framed some of the paintings in my office so everyone can see. Rocky really loves going to “School”!
All of the staff at the NW San Antonio site are excellent.
I love the staff. I like the way they are safety conscious but most of all, I like that my dog is happy to go and sad to come home.
