To start, the staff was very nice and friendly and very professional, the biggest plus is that you are less than 5 minutes from my house, the prices are fairly priced and the facilities were clean, so glad I found you Lol, and Elfie from what I was told she did good, so her visits are gonna be increased
I love how everyone really genuinely cares about the doggos! My Milo is always beyond excited to go spend the day with his friends
Boarding hours not convenient for weekend travelers. Most facilities have at least a pm pickup on Sundays. Also boarding price should be discounted if daycare reduced hrs on weekends.
The friendly staff, cleanliness of place, and watching my dog have a wonderful time while Iām at work.
The team at Dogtopia SA Northwest has always been amazing to my pups! They stay at this location when I come to SA for the day since I live out of town and they are always shown so much love and patience from the staff. Great location with amazing staff!!!

Fantastic place to take my dog, I’m in love with the services and staff. I’m not super satisfied with the billing though. Prepaid is nice, but it’s a pain to try and get refunds or adjust how many days I’m paying for after they’ve already passed. With the weather a few weeks ago and me also being sick, I ended up not taking my dog for a whole week even though I had already paid for it. It would be nice if we got billed based on how many weekdays we had used, rather than the plans. This is how it would breakdown purely based on your existing plans, depending on how many days used these prices would just compound.
1 day used: $40
2 days used: $23 + 40 = $63
3 days used: $25 + 23 + 40 = $88
4 days used: $32 + 25 + 23 + 40 = $120
5+ days used: free + 120 = $120
and pet parents could be billed at the end of the week. Or at the end of the day. Idk this is just an engineer drinking too much wine. But thank you for everything, I really do love the services y’all provide.
