Since the location is brand new, not all the services are available, so that’s my reason for a little lower grade. Otherwise, our dogs seem to have a good time and come home nice and tired. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the location is pretty ideal for us.
You truly care about the pups. Facilities are very clean. Everyone is very friendly and knows Jasper. We like that.
The staff at Dogtopia has made our pup feel comfortable and safe. We are pleased with all aspects of the process of dropping Cooper off and picking him up. With the webcam access, we can observe him playing and interacting with the staff. His tail wiggles the entire time!
All staff are very friendly. Very knowledgeable of puppies needs. I like that the staff play with the puppies and live petting them. 😍
The facility is great! What’s even better are the canine coaches! The coaches are attentive and show care and concern for all the dogs.
