Great staff, lovely facility!

They make our Miniature Schnauzer feel so welcomed. The staff is really nice & genuinely loves all the dogs. It’s an indoor facility so our baby never has to be out in the heat or any other environmental conditions.They have a monthly calendar with all kinds of activities for our baby to participate in. Cameras are on so you can check in to see how your baby is doing throughout the day. They keep the dogs busy so one minute in the car ride back home and our baby is already sleeping, exhausted from all the fun he had.

We went for just a meet and greet this last Saturday and it was incredible. There were some issues with the bookings but luckily the GM was ready and THRILLED to get us in and going. Front desk gal was a sweetheart and both her and the GM treated our furbaby like she was the greatest thing on this planet (all dogs are but still). Provided great feedback on the meet and greet as far as what we can work on at home and just love the overall value it will add to our’s and our dog’s life. Dogtopia is the most affordable yet valuable doggie daycare place we have checked out and met with. We’ve already signed up for our first week of daycare. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Dogtopia of San Antonio is absolutely THE BEST grooming for my 15 year old doggie. They treated him with care and loved him like I do. He even got a bow tie to come home with. I have never experienced such a friendly and accommodating staff and plan to board my doggie there next time I leave town!
I will also give him one of their FAMOUS spa treatments. After all, he is 15 !

Everything in general, from the customer service in front office to the coaches so loveably. Management is also always there to help.

Love the location, the staff and the facilities! Oh… and the monthly schedule of events for the pups! After checking out several other doggie daycare businesses, I chose Dogtopia Stone Oak because of the facilities. Little did I know I would keep coming back because of the amazing staff! I love how they love my pup – though I believe she is rotten – and how they respectful and professional they are towards me. They are personable and I absolutely enjoy them all! You cannot beat the team they have with Russell, Charisma and of course, Quinn!
