Facility, customer service and care for my pup

Great facility! The workers really love the dogs and it is very clean.

It’s very comforting to know that the people that I have entrusted to watch over my dog during the week actually care about my dog. The staff are this location are not only very professional but they are also extremely caring about my dog and her needs.

Dogtopia @ Stone Oak is a fantastic team. My fur baby Patrick always gets a big smile and gets super excited when we hit the parking lot. Since day one they have made him and I feel welcome and well looked after. They even recognized Patrick a week after his first visit by sight alone. They are welcoming and talkative when we come in for his daycare sessions and I can tell that not only does he have fun with the pups but he gets plenty of love and attention from the staff during playtime too.

I recently boarded my pup which generally produces a lot of anxiety for me and often times he doesn’t like being away from me for even a night…but when I picked him up today after four nights of boarding not only did he have a huge smile on his face but he seems very calm and relaxed and not at all stressed. He also somehow seems cleaner than when I dropped him off! That has never happened!!

Im glad to know that I can feel safe entrusting this team to care for my little guy when I can’t and to do it well! Thank you for all you do!

Everyone is so enthusiastic and friendly

I appreciate the staff at the Stone Oak location. Everyone is so kind to the dogs in their care.. They give my boy Timber plenty of attention and they all seem to truly care for the pups at daycare. I like the size of the playroom and that it is not overly crowded. The manager Russell is very nice and always goes out of his way to greet the pups and clients. I really like the follow up and communication from the management and staff. I recently boarded Timber for a few nights. I was super worried about leaving him at a new place.. Russell went out of his way to calm my concerns and actually sent me a video to show me Timber was having a good stay.. This helped me so much. I am very grateful..

The staff is very loving and caring about my fury friend. They make your dog feel right at home. You’re greeted with a smile when you first come in to drop off your dog, and the same smile when you pick them up. And I like that I can watch what’s going on from the app on my phone. So far I’m Beth satisfied with Dogtopia Daycare & Spa

I highly recommend Stone Oak Dogtopia. The management and employees here are fantastic. My dogs absolutely love it here. They regularly have enriching events (painting, kiddie pool, bubbles, etc), that my dogs love. They also have various special treats days. My dogs sprint from my car to get there, to greet the employees and hang out with their friends. The facility is also great, very clean, and they have large spaces for the dogs to run around and play .
