Flexibility. Clean facility. Friendly staff.
Friendly staff and my crazy little dog loves coming there. I would love if the staff wore name tags. It is embarrassing to ask names after all this time. That would also help when one of the staff tells you something you will know who it was.
This is Emmets second home and everyone takes such good care of him.
People are very friendly and seem to love our pets.
I love how intentional you are with the dogs in your care. Dogtopia cares about your dog. I like that they have a calendar of events for each month. Overall great place.

Customer service time at drop off and pick up. It takes too long to drop off and pick up when there is more than one guest dropping off/picking up.
Clean and bright facility. Friendly staff that knows my dog and are responsive to my questions or booking requests.
We love receiving pictures of our dog, Rascal. And being able to look in on him, even overseas, is very comforting. Best of all is the staff that always greets him, and us, with such enthusiasm!
