Love how well you take care of Murphy, and how much he loves going to Dogtopia.
We absolutely love Dogtopia! Our dog Rudy has a blast every time he’s there. The staff is friendly, caring, and really take the time to get to know each dog. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-organized, with separate play areas for different dog sizes. Rudy always comes home happy, tired, and wagging his tail. Plus, the webcams let us check in on him during the day! We couldn’t be happier with the care he receives. Highly recommend Dogtopia for any pup! 🐾❤️
I like the friendly associates who greet us when we arrive. I also like the proactive offer of bathing your pet before you arrive for pickup. I like my pet’s calm temperament when he comes home suggesting to me he was very comfortable during his stay. I also like the webcam so I can see what my pet is up to throughout his stay.

The staff are fabulous but the communication, as previously shared, could well be improved. For the 3rd time, if I recall correctly, when we’ve dropped off Archie for SPA, bath, groom, nails, we were assured, upon receving call to pick up that his nails have been cut. Again, we picked up from SPA this past Monday, Dec 21, and when they called me, I asked, “Can you please confirm that his nails have been cut?” “Yes” was what I was told. When my son went to pick up Archie he was advised that NO his nails had not been cut and that they would apply a discount accordingly.
I would merely suggest if full SPA services are not available to all dogs, as I have referred many people to Dogtogia :), and NO ONE has had a problem, they communicate that up front so we can go to a service provider that is full service.
Again, let me emphasize, that I love and have highly recommended Dogtopia, I just don’t want other customers to be disappointed. Thanks, B
