My dogs love Dogtopia Sandy Springs! Staff is great!

Friendly.

Emmet has been coming to Dogtopia Sandy Springs since 2021 and he would be furious if I stopped bringing him to “school” twice a week. He runs around the house excited when I say “let’s go to school” and almost pulls off my arm dragging me into the doors when we arrive. He is well cared for, and would go as far to say loved by the team. He’s greeted by name and as his parent feel like I am handing him off to folks who will make sure he has a good day. I like being able to watch him on the camera during the day. I also find the team to be responsive to feedback, and while wait times during the busiest pick up and drop off can be long, that is to be expected and I try to avoid it by adjusting my time by a few minutes when possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Dogtopia in Sandy Springs to any who ask me. Thanks Team! Emmet loves you!

Personnel are friendly, facility is clean and my puppy is in a safe environment

Most employees seem to be in the same page along with the personal attn’ they give my dog.

The facility was very welcoming and clean. Everyone was very friendly especially Abby. Sterling had a great time making new friends. He can’t wait to return soon. Thanks!

Love your facility and the staff. I do wish you had a better process for boarding. Having to fill out paper everyone time seems like a waste of paper. Maybe an iPad? I would be willing to comtrubute. 🙂

I love the canine coaches and how well they communicate with me about what kind of day my dog had. There’s always a calm atmosphere in the lobby as well. They are also very patient with my dog who has seperation anxiety. I really enjoy the services here
