Smoother front desk service for drop off/pick up; better front desk education to minimize confusion
Staff is very friendly and helpful…and wonderful to the pets. We enjoy watching our dog on the video screen while she is in the play area.
We got pictures from someone on the first morning of our puppy’s stay – just seeing him happy and relaxed made it so much easier for us to remember he is in great care. We also love that he has a small room to sleep in each night with his own cot and we can send his favorite blanket. THANK YOU, Dogtopia!
My dog always comes home smiling and exhausted from playing all day.
I can tell he is loved and happy when he comes home. Having the cameras available is an added bonus to peek in on my little guy.
