Provide customer service training for the staff member who was working the front reception desk at 10 am on Saturday morning, June 10th. I was among 5 people waiting to check their dogs in and the staff member seemed permanently pissed off at the world. Perhaps they were having a bad day but her attitude and dreadful interactions with customers did not reflect well on Dogtopia.

I like that they sent me A picture mid day through to show me my dog was having fun and made a friend. Clean facility and nice staff.
Everyone is always very helpful and pleasant. They really seem to care about our four legged kids in their care.
The customer service prior to my appointment was spectacular and I could tell that each employee truly loves dogs and I felt like my dog was important to them!
