Personal attention to dogs, picture of my dog while engaging in activities, web camera access, and genuine care for her.
In general, all the employees are great! I think the process of checking in/out the dogs could be streamlined, especially during peak times. And, additional staff during peak hours would improve the experience. One person should be dedicated to checking in/out on the computer while 2 others go get the dogs from the back. Currently at the Sandy Springs location, one person is doing both of these jobs which leads to long lines at peak pickup times in the afternoon.

The service is great. The cameras were down most of the week and that was annoying. We really wanted to be able to watch our dogs and of the 7 days our two dogs were there the cameras only worked 1 day
My dog seems to be happy when going and when we pick him up
