I love the friendly staff, i love that with a package I don’t have to call and make an appointment every day

Dogtopia is great! It feels very comfortable dropping my dog off for a day or even a long stay. They recognize you every time you walk in. Also my dog was potty trained after leaving him there for two weeks! Great place and great deals !

I’m able to walk in, without appointment, and you take pooch, for bath, clip, etc. I can
leave her there for 3-4 hours – till I can get back at lunch or after work. Friendly staff, I know she’s in good hands.

The lady I spoke to initially over the phone was very informed and answered all my questions eloquently. The “underling” who gave me a tour was very difficult to understand and gave me mixed information. The general staff should be better informed about services, packages, etc. I feel I asked basic questions and the the staff member was rather lost.

Your entire staff is wonderful. I love Pam as your manager and the rest of the team are top notch! They are courteous, kind and warm.
My dog, Cinnabon LOVES all of you so much and cries when we get near your facility because she can’t wait to get out of the car and run in the front door. 🙂

I love seeing Zima’s reaction when I ask if she wants to go to Dogtopia and the attention she gets from all the staff is amazing. When I pick her up she is all played out for a good couple of days. Keep up the good work!

Your staff knows the dogs well. My dog, Daisy, always looks forward to playing with her friends and comes home very happy.
