At a very minimum dogtopia provides consistently great service, always friendly and clean atmosphere.
But they don’t stop there- they always try to find a way to go above and make their service feel very personable- from knowing the dogs by name as they enter to door, to having “dog of the week” and sharing personal stories about each dog to celebrating dogs birthdays. These things matter!

Love the friendly staff, they take good care of our dog when she boards and play time is a great way of tiring and exercise all the dogs. Also a great avenue foe socialization.

The things we like about Dogtopia are the friendly staff, the love and attention our dogs receive and the sense of community. We are also so thankful that you have started offering dog training classes. We talked to about three different trainers before joining your group class and after one class with Alex we know we made the right choice.

I love the staff. They all are extremely warm and welcoming to Cinnabon. As you all know, she is a walking, barking advertisement for Dogtopia South Coast. She is always so excited to come play with her buddies and enjoys interfacing with the staff by “barooing” in verbal communication. Pam is a wonderful representative of the values, services and loving care that the entire staff shares.

Convenient drop-off/pick-up schedule. Friendly helpful staff always showing great interest in the pups. Plus always reassuring!
