Personal care and attention given to Muffin. Muffin is happy and loves to spend the day playing. The Webcam is awesome! I can see Muffin anytime but nap time.

Kind supportive staff

Want to give you guys a 9 or 10, but a few things. Last time I came in we prepaid for daycare, a bag of food and a toy. I let you front desk gal who was very pleasant know our son would pick up our dog. My son picked up our dog though he may have not been clear someone charged us again. Though the charge was taken off, I did send an email to confirm that it would be taken cared of and never heard anything from anyone. Overall we enjoy taking Tymber there and will recommend you guys highly, I feel it is a very important part of your business to follow through on requests.Thanks and see you all again soon.

Your staff is absolutely amazing and the facility is fantastic. My dog is so excited to come there every day and doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day. The facility is immaculate. I highly recommend!

My pup Bandit absolutely loves it here! I love that he loves it. The staff is very friendly.

I love bringing my dog here. The staff are so friendly and he always gets excited to see them. I know when I leave him he is safe and happy and I can then enjoy my day. I can’t think of a better place for him to be when I’m not with him.

Web camera was cool. I liked seeing the dog messes being cleaned up right away. And to know my dog was being supervised and played with throughout the day.

We liked your staff they were very kind and put us at ease leaving our dogs was stressful but watching them on the web was great!
