Besides prices rising suddenly too high, every time i take my dog in for a full day she comes back reeking of pee or sometimes poop, i understand this is a dog daycare and i am not expecting to come back to a clean smelling dog, however it is so bad my car stinks for 2 days later and i have to give her a bath as soon as we step in the house to avoid stinking up the house as well.
Other than that, the customer service is great, cameras are great and the employees seem to be great with all the pups.

Super personable employees that love dogs. It’s always Carleone’s favorite day at dogtopia and she never wants to leave! That is a testament to the love and care they provide the pups at dogtopia.

Muffin has been going to Dogtopia since almost the opening. I have the peace of mind she is getting the best of care and in a loving environment. Muffin looks forward to her daily stays. I give the highest score to Dogtopia for its professionalism.

I like the people that work there and appear to truly love the dogs.

Great place to board where our dog fits lots of exercise, social time, and human attention.

I like that the employees seem to care about every dog, I like the cleanliness of the establishment, and I like being able to watch my puppy through the websites live cameras when I miss him.

The staff care about our dog children like their own.

I am confident that my dog is known by the staff and not lost among others. Also, Bella also does not have any ‘trauma’ issues whenever I pick her up, which was always a concern for me when I used other boarders.

Everything!! The staff is very friendly and treat the dogs well. The prices are fair and hours good. I very much appreciate that Dogtopia SC works with me whenever I have special requests (i.e. when dog had surgery).
