Friendly service and clean facility. Our shy little dog, Gracie, had a wonderful, safe stay at Dogtopia Savannah which allowed her human parents to visit all of the sites. Thanks so much!
Friendly people, reasonable rates, they always know my dog
Let me start with I think you guys take absolutely wonderful care of our dogs. I can tell that you love what you do and our pups are happy and safe there. That being said, my dogs have some specific issues, some being pretty big, and I worry that isn’t communicated well among the staff. I have a dog with an eating problem that has had two emergency surgeries and I brought her in with a muzzle for safety purposes. I explained everything and we talked about it when I dropped off my three dogs and notes were made. When I picked up my dogs, the muzzle was on the wrong dog and the staff seemingly had no idea which dog was which. This worries me. How do you make sure you are watching the dog with the issue if you don’t even know which one it is. One dog came in with a collar and she is completely different colors than the other two and her collar was on the wrong dog. I found these issues to be fairly frustrating for spending $600+ to keep my dogs there. It makes it seem like you all have no idea which dog is which, making it difficult to take care of the specific issues of the dogs. I will continue to bring my dogs there, but I would like a little more assurance that everyone is aware who is who. Thank you!

My Lulu loves Dogtopia !!! Kelly has a wonderful staff at Dogtopia and they shower all the dogs with love and attention. Lulu has been going to Dogtopia ever since they opened. It’s always clean and fresh smelling. I recommend Dogtopia highly !!!
Very friendly staff that cares about the dogs. They seem to keep the play rooms very clean and monitor the dogs with a staff member in the room. The rooms are also monitored with live video which you can access from your phone wherever you are.
