The training provided to staff. The care provided to my dog.

Lots of staff. Lexi looked like she was having fun. Comfortable, yet safe. Friendly staff.

Very clean and well-managed. A lot of thought goes into pairing dogs with others for maximum safety and quality of experience.

I like that you have web cams, offer healthy lunches and my dog gets a nap time.

The staff is incredible, and very accommodating!! I love that I have access to see what my dog is doing during the day. Boarding has been very helpful as I travel a bit for work.

Dogtopia is best doggie daycare!

I missed the ability to bay a group of multiple days.

Unfortunately, I cancelled my weekly subscription and went to Camp Bow Wow instead. I like Dogtopia MUCH better that Camp Bow Wow, however, at Camp Bow Wow I can a) pay in cash, b) buy a packet of daycare visits at a discount (I have the 20day package at $30.80 per full day). That is the reason why I left. I asked two different people at two different times for packages and paying upfront, and they would not accommodate. You used to do package deal when I was at Dogtopia last.

If you let me to buy packages instead of a weekly subscription, I will come back to Dogtopia.

Here is what I like better about Dogtopia. I like that you have crates in the play rooms and that you crate the dogs for about two hours. It gets them used to crates and also gives them a break. I also like that you use the crates if a dog needs time-out. I love that you have a good size outdoor space and that you rotate the playgroups to the outdoor space once a day.
