Friendly staff, great location, convenient and flexible.. I like how the staff knows my dog and greets him by name. My dog gets excited to be there too! I also love getting pictures and watching the live video. Once I even got a little report card which was cute:)
I don’t like the new payment plans. I preferred the monthly package, it provided more flexibility if you are out of town.
Staff that seem very flexible and willing to help/accommodate us. The app is very user friendly and the dog cam is such a luxury!

I’m very selective about who I can trust watching my pup. I’ve read horror stories on how dog parks and even dog daycares can undo training. This is not the case with Dogtopia at Harbor Steps. Even when my pup was being evaluated to see if he would be allowed in I could tell the coaches had a high bar of the temperament of the dogs they allow to be in their care. The staff at Dogtopia are always nice and make sure that all of my questions are answered. Their staff are serious about providing great quality care for dogs while their guardians are away and it shows. Thank you Dogtopia!
