The team at Dogtopia – Harbor Steps are like Jeeter’s second family. He’s so excited to go to daycare everyday (pulls me right there!) and then he’s so worn out from all the excitement that at the end of the day he comes right home to cuddle on the couch! They take care of him like a child daycare would take care of a kid – art projects and all! Couldn’t ask for a better daycare for him!

I love that every time I take my dog Maverick, he knows where we are going and he is so excited! He runs to greet the staff and they are so welcoming. I also love the dog cam and that I am able to check in on him throughout the day. Dogtopia is awesome!

Flexibility in scheduling/availability of services
Thorough/well thought out eval process, and mindful pairing of dogs for play time.
Experts that oversee the day to day, and have an engaged approach to care.

Jojo loves coming to Dogtopia and she never gets excited about anything! The staff clearly loves the pups and are always so helpful.

I appreciate that the staff works with the different personalities of the dogs. The hours and location are very convenient for me. I especially appreciate the extra treats, activities and events that are always scheduled. I understand it’s been a challenge with covid related staffing shortages and that’s fine. I do look forward to getting back to those activities again.

The people who work here love dogs, and it shows! Our dog is always SO excited to come here, even if he is here 2 days each week!

Very kind staff, everyone is so helpful and really cares about my dog, Zuri. Amazing manager and assistant manager too. Zuri loves coming here and is always super happy whenever she sees the steps, wiggles down as fast as she can. She looks very happy whenever I check in on her through the webcam and it’s nice to know she’s in such good hands whenever she goes. It’s also so cute to tune in and see things like bubbles being blown for the dogs or bob ross playing in the background, and I love the little pictures they send me home with sometimes.
