I like the employees best! Everyone is amazing.

How much everyone there loves the dogs. My two dogs are very excited when I tell them it’s daycare day. I also love that I can check on them via the cameras during the day.

I really feel that your team care for my dog, the free dog treats which make him super happy to go to daycare, the way your team greets us when we arrive, the funny pictures you give us.

Dogtopia Harbor Steps is a great facility, reasonably priced and awesome “handlers” who get to know and care about each dog individually and genuinely.

Everyone there is so caring and loving to Hendricks. He comes home after a day at Dogtopia happy as could be!

The staff here is amazing. They are so friendly and personable. They treat my dog well and always accommodate his yapping when we arrive. Anytime I’ve had an issue with scheduling or billing, I reach out by email and they respond quickly. This is an amazing location.

It is great knowing my dog is stimulated and happy while I am at work.

Prior notice of when you open at 9 am on weekdays. I showed up at 7 am last Friday. When I made the reservation via dashboard, it had 7 am available as drop off. You did put up a sign for Christmas and New Years, thank you.

Love all the different events and photos. Love your crew. Get a kick out of the bubbles and whoever did the dog names on the floor. Like when you tell us who my dog’s besties are and occasional pics.
