Convenient reservation process, friendly staff, clean facilities, and my doggo gets to socialize safely.
Dolly and I are both obsessed with Dogtopia Harborsteps. She leaps out of my arms every morning and onto the desk where she runs to whoever is working (usually Charlotte). She has a blast at daycare every day and all of my friends are jealous of the adorable photo shoots she gets.
All of the staff are so amazing and attentive to Stevie!
We see how much she loves them. Which shows how well they take care of her and all the dogs.
Any time we have a question or a ask they always go above and beyond to help.

The staff really care for the dogs, and perhaps more importantly, my dog loves the staff.
From the cameras it didn’t look like the humans engaged the dogs in much play during the day
I love the fact that the are polite, informative & take time to listen to concerns pertaining to my dog. They are very loving & they allow my dog to play with other dogs & not just have him cooped in the crate.

Let me express the only one gripe I have about Dogtopia: it is not cheap.
Then I can move to everything else, which is absolutely great. The employees love dogs, from the first to the last one. You can tell it from any interaction, and this is what leaves me at ease that even if Evie has very serious health problems, she will be taken care of as well as she is at home. In her stay there she took all medications she needed to and was fed carefully her rigorous diet. That meant a lot. She loves going there. Every time, when she realizes we are going there she gets super excited. That is the best testament to how good a time she has there. The fact that we can check on her through the webcam is also important – it puts our concerns at ease and seeing her play with other dogs is always a great sight. Overall, we are not trusting anyone else besides ourselves when it comes to Evie: this is the best thing I can say.
My dog Frankie loves it. He is soo excited to spend the day with his friends. He doesn’t even look back at me or anything. They have really made him feel at home.
