They really care about the dogs and my dog loves to go there
The staff is extremely friendly and attentive.
The only thing we do not like is the urine smell on our dog after a day of play. It used to be every time now it’s once in awhile so definitely an improvement
Our dog, Loki, loves to go to Dogtopia. He will bring me his leash off of the counter. If I don’t take him, he cries and howls. When he is there he plays and plays so that he is exhausted when he gets home at night. I love peaking in at him on the cameras to see him playing with his friends. Susan and her staff and wonderful and so friendly. Loki looks forward to seeing the staff every day.
Drop off and pickup needs improvement. It often takes 15-20 minutes to pickup. The app is used to give notice that we will be there in 15 minutes, I use the app to say arrived, but yet it still takes another 20 minutes. I understand that one dog at a time but maybe there needs to be kennels in the waiting area so multiple dogs can be dropped off and picked up at the same time without waiting while you can still do your checks. We love this daycare but the drop off and pickup needs to improve or we will have to find a new place.
The people are friendly and they love dogs I trust Dogtopia with my (in training) service dog. I have been appraised that my dog is worth approximately $100,000 because of the training she has has received. So my recommendation is with my dog!s safety in mind
Stay open one hour later. Per the dogs more. Bigger rooms. Cooler temperatures. Have someone on site overnight. Improve uptime if web cameras.
Friendly and attentive staff
You know your dog is well cared for and they really care about them.
The place is clean and most of all my dog is happy.
our dog Tex goes to play twice a week at Dogtopia. He comes home exhausted after having so much fun. During the hot summer we have had, he has been boarded several times up to 11 nights at a time. He loves it. The staff is so friendly and loving to all of the dogs. He is one happy dog!!
