They love my furbabies and are always so welcoming to me as well! Clean facility, run well and fun! I love that I can watch them whenever I want too.
The facility is very clean and the coaches are so good with all the dogs! They are so happy to see Sadie when I bring her in and that makes me comfortable. You have a great team!
I was initially drawn to this doggie daycare based on positive online reviews, and I’m pleased to say that my experience lived up to the hype. One of the first things that caught my attention was the webcam access they offer, providing peace of mind by allowing me to check on my dog throughout the day.
What truly impressed me was their commitment to ensuring a good fit for every dog. The three days of play before boarding is a fantastic policy, showing that they genuinely care about the well-being and compatibility of the dogs in their care.
During my interactions with the staff, I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about dogs. The 30-minute evaluation process was exactly what I expected, and I appreciated the presence of the owner, who took the time to talk with me.
One minor concern was the number of dogs in the playroom at one time, which seemed higher than I had anticipated (around 10+). However, it’s important to note that the staff appeared attentive to everything happening, from accidents to dogs playing a bit too rough. This reassured me about my dog’s safety.
Overall, the process of signing up and acclimating my dog to daycare was smooth and hassle-free. I’m confident in my choice, thanks to the caring staff and their dedication to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our furry friends.

Dogtopia (south Elgin) treats our Koda boy like he’s their own! They take such good care of him, we’re never nervous leaving him in their hands! Daycare at dogtopia is every husky’s dream!! He gets so excited to go, that he howls in the car to get in quicker! Thanks for everything (:
I like the fact that you provide long weekend hours. In addition, I have noticed that upon pickup, my dogs are freshened up after they play with other dogs because they have a fresh scent which is truly a nice touch.
