Very thorough in explaining how the “experimental day” went. Very patient and seem to be very knowledgeable in how to introduce dogs that each other and what to look for in terms of positive socialization. The camera was fun to peek in and see how our little Isa is doing.
Day care, boarding and grooming ! Friendly and staff provide great care , good communication.
Winston has major separation anxiety he is so attached to my husband and myself we hate leaving him when we take little get aways I always feel very safe leaving him with Dogtopia I know I can check my phone anytime and see him on camera ! I love Dogtopia you guys are awesome with him and I feel confident leaving him there!!

I visit the area occasionally and have found South Elgin to be a great place to bring my dog for a play day or overnight stay. She must have a good time because she trots right in when we arrive.
Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. The grooming was great.

Dave and his staff are nothing but great! My dog Milo has learned the word “Dogtopia” and when it is mentioned to him, he tilts his head and gets an instant case of the “zoomies”. He is treated like one of their own and is always well taken care of by the staff. Thanks for being awesome!!
