AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
CANINE COACH
Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has immediate openings for reliable, goal-oriented team players who will be responsible for the safety and experience of our canine clients. As the pack leader, this person has the utmost focus on the safe socialization, exercise, and education of dogs in our care.
The day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Continuous interaction with dogs of all sizes.
- Comfort with always being “on stage” as all playrooms are equipped with cameras.
- Care for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family.
- Keep up with extensive training to ensure a safe and fun play environment for each pup.
- Follow rigorous cleaning standards and sanitize playrooms throughout shift.

Sales Associate
Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has immediate openings for energetic, organized, business-minded individuals who will be the first point of contact as a Sales Associate. As the face of Dogtopia, this person is eager to share the benefits of Dogtopia of Summerville and our vision that every dog deserves daycare!
Are you passionate, positive, and motivated to sell? Do you thrive on being part of a team? Does your passion for being part of a world-class, growing dog wellness company get you out of bed with a smile and determination? Do you have excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and on the phone? Then Dogtopia of Summerville is the place for you!
The day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Brainstorm and identify ways of increasing sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals as a team.
- Maintain a neat and always organized front desk and lobby area.
- Set the example for the team on the 3 Ss (smile, story, and satisfaction) and hold yourself accountable to internal and external customer service standards.
- Answer phones, emails, chats, and questions from pet parents
- Strive for high customer review ratings!
- Welcome Dogtopians for drop off and pick up of their dogs.
- Cultivate an outstanding Dogtopia experience — provide dog parents with professional wisdom and advocate for the most appropriate products and solutions to meet their needs.
- Participate and assist in marketing efforts to generate and promote new business inside and outside of the daycare.
- Manage our front of house customer management and billing systems.
- Maintain and update our cleaning and maintenance schedule.
