Clean, professional operation that is set up to best serve dogs in all their sizes and personalities. They take their time to learn about your dog so they have the best experience. I really value that! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend it.

We were watching our dog on the live stream. The room was the most full we had seen and the dogs were pretty rowdy, so the attendants kept putting them in the kennels, up to almost 45 minutes. I understand they use the kennels to calm things down and separate them, along with getting them accustomed, but it just seemed like they should have split into another room. There were 3 attendants and we’ve brought our dog many times to see only 1 in the room. We just want our dog to go and have fun and play, so watching her be in a kennel for 45 minutes knowing they were going to be in there for 2 hrs over lunch didn’t make us happy.

I’ve been taking my Havanese to DOGTOPIA twice a week for almost a year now. Every person I’ve interacted with is respectful, knowledgeable and genuinely seem to love dogs and their job.

Dogtopia Summerville is clean and the dogs are well cared for. Staff and the owners are friendly, and obviously want the dogs to be treated well. My dog was EXHAUSTED from playing for several days. We will definitely be back.
