Everything!!! Customer service, the people, the atmosphere, how much theh care & take their time. Truly the best place for pets!!!

The only issue we’ve had is that someone must’ve given her some other treat or food. When we got her home, she had 2 days of bloody diarrhea and was in distress day/night. She gets that when she has any chicken products. So with day boarding, it was 2 days after of dealing with that. We love the facilities, girls who work there. But food, treats needs to be exact/more organized or alerts–especially with important medical things

We are always met with a warm welcome and a smile. Victor the groomer is great. He discusses the problem areas and talks about what he’ll do for the cut. He has great communication. My dog definitely looks forward to coming in whether its for a grooming or daycare.

They are always so welcoming when we come in and greet Trooper by name. We are a little concerned that we frequently check the webcams and oftentimes do not see him. We ask if he was alright, and they say yes, but then why does he spend more time caged than free roaming. That is our only concern.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They seem great with the dogs. If needed, I am able to drop my dog off before 7 AM.

Hamilton loves coming here! He runs through the door each day he comes! He couldn’t love it more, and the activities they do during the week make my dog mama heart so happy!!
