My dog loves Dogtopia! We love the attention they get and the weekly themed events. Highly recommend!

All is good except your emails are not good. I am not getting confirmation reminders for my 2 dogs

I love getting updates about my dog from the workers when I go to pick her up. I love how accommodating the workers are with my concern about my dog going in the kennel at nap time and they put her in a suite

I can see my dog on camera during her stay.
Two things I’m not fond of:
1) The camera only covers half the room and my dog seems to like to stay in the area that can’t be seen. It would be quicker for me to view if the camera showed the whole room.

2) My dogs feet smell so badly like urine when we pick her up. So we have to bathe her feet when we first get home. I don’t think the floor gets cleaned well enough throughout the day? Or maybe it could get cleaned well during nap time. It’s just a little unpleasant.

The employees we have spoken to seem pretty nice and caring!

The staff is simply amazing. They are always helpful, friendly and in happy moods. I have all the confidence leaving Truman with them for board and daycare.

Everyone is very nice and always has updates after visits and takes their time to know every fur child that comes in.

The staff is super nice to my dog and to me! They listen to any concerns and are parient in answering any questions I have. I also love the different themed weeks and days, the opportunity to purchase treats for my dog during the day and love the pictures. This is the only place I feel safe with leaving my dog. My dogs safety is very important to me and my peace of mind. I feel that Dogtopia of Southlake gives me that peace.
