I love that I can watch my dog play and interact with the staff via webcam. Your front desk workers are OUTSTANDING and pleasant; customer service was a big consideration for me. One of my coworkers had a negative experience with you guys when you initially opened, and I told her that it’s not like that anymore. I hyped you up to her, but her first visit to your Grand Opening left her with a foul taste in her mouth. Regardless of what she claimed about her experience, I contacted and spoke with one of the representatives, who were quite educated and nice! Based on my initial experience, I will always suggest you to everyone I know who is looking for kind people to care for their fur babies!

We had our pup evaluation and all went well. He had a great time with the other pups and was very comfortable with the staff. The staff answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable leaving my pup. We will be back

The staff are always friendly to me and Kida. I know they’re treating her well when she literally tries to pull us through the door to get inside.

Dogtopia is awesome! There are always fun activities for the pups and my babies love to go there! They come home so tired, so it’s so worth it!

The facility is clean and does the cutest activities and snacks for the dogs! The staff is so friendly and always gives feedback on our dog’s day. My dog knows when we are pulling up and drags me to get in the door always happy to be there!
