Kim does a great job grooming Stella. I think we’ve finally worked out the problems Stella was having and withholding toothpaste has ended the problem with diarrhea. We sometimes have nail issues though. She’s had a nail clipped too close which bled and we had to go to the vet to fix. And this week, her nails still seem pretty long.

Other than that, my only quibble is I’m never sure when my appointments are. We are supposed to be scheduled every 5 weeks but this last time it ended up being 6. The only reason I knew was b/c I called.

I also think the cost has gone up. It used to be 90 to maybe $120. If she was matted some, I understood the added expense. This week was $140. Not sure why so much more.

Love the staff and groomers

Staff was extremely friendly and answered questions. Feel comfortable leaving our dog for daycare and boarding when needed.

The staff is so kind and tentative to my 3 little dogs. I never have to worry about them when I have to leave town. It’s so easy to book daycare, boarding and grooming on line.
Plus, my DOGS LOVE It !

Everyone knows us and our dog well. We always feel like she is going to a place where she is being well cared for and her safety is a top priority.

I love the staff. Very friendly and welcoming of my dog. They take a special interest in each fur baby.. When we walk in, my dog doesn’t know me anymore, his tail is wagging and off he goes with his ladies.
