I had to bring my dog for the first time to get him out of the heat when our AC went down! It was nerve-racking to have the first experience being in the midst of an “emergency”. The moment I walked in, I was so impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly the staff was. I appreciated that my dog had to pass a meet and greet, because I knew that every dog in there had to do the same. I loved getting to watch my dog on the WebCams. When I picked him up, he was happy and tired!
