Jaime and Sherman Hatch, Owners
Sherman and Jaime Hatch are so excited for you to join our business as we work together to grow the Dogtopia brand and services within the rapidly expanding pet industry across the globe. With over twenty years of experience in owning three private Preschools, they are so very excited to have an opportunity to be in new businesses that socialize your furry best friends. Sherman and Jaime reside in Fort Worth and five children, two who have recently graduated from college and three currently attending college. They also have three four legged children, Tucker, Finn and Lily.

Nallely Armstrong, Area General Manager
Meet Nallely, the dedicated Area General Manager of Dogtopia of Roanoke, where she ensures every pup has a safe and enjoyable experience. With a deep love for dogs, including her own furry companions, Barry and Weezy, Nallely treats every pup as part of her family. Beyond work, she enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events and cherishing moments with her loved ones.
Quinn Barber, General Manager
Meet Quinn, the dedicated and passionate General Manager of Dogtopia of Southlake! She has a love for creating a fun and safe environment for dogs and people. With her Master’s in Business Administration and Management and years of animal care experience, she’s eager to lead the team and make a positive impact on both the dogs and their owners. Quinn also has three fur children of her own; two cats (Oliver and Nellie) and a Boxer Mix Stella. This special bond adds a personal touch to her role and highlights her deep love for animals. Quinn strives to make every day a great experience for everyone at Dogtopia!
Colby Neuman, Operations Manager
Meet Colby, the hard-working Operations Manager of Dogtopia of Southlake! Colby has been working at Dogtopia for almost 2 years and has a lifetime of experience with dogs. As a former canine coach, Colby understands the hard work that goes into providing a fun and safe environment for the pups. He has a dog of his own, Bailey the Australian Shepherd Bernese Mountain Dog mix, who he absolutely adores. He loves all of the pups like they are his own and does everything he can to ensure that they are happy and safe!
Abbie Sayegh, Pet Parent Relationship Manager
Meet Abbie, our outgoing Pet Parent Relationship Manager. Abbie has worked at Dogtopia for almost two years and is very passionate about making a fun and exciting environment for the pups and their parents. She is currently working on her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences. She also has some furry friends of her own, a German Shepard named Max and 3 cats, Beans, Cheese, and Cheddar. Abbie strives to make Dogtopia a warm and welcoming place for everyone who walks through our doors!
Floyd Saine, Groomer
Meet Floyd! Floyd is a canine stylist with 27 years of extensive expertise. His passion for working with dogs is unparalleled. Floyd is married with four lovely children. In his free time, he takes pleasure in preparing delicious meals for his family. He also enjoys playing and watching various sports, particularly basketball. His expertise lies in handling large and challenging dogs. He cannot wait to make your pups smell like a million bones!
Kim Griffith, Groomer
Meet Kim, our talented Groomer of Dogtopia of Southlake! Kim moved to DFW in 2006 and is such an animal lover, so she accepted an apprenticeship with a respected groomer. 17 years later, she continues to serve the Southlake area grooming pups that she loves like her own. When she’s not delivering great puppy pampering, Kim can be found with her husband and new baby girl exploring new places and finding the best food around.
