Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Love my dog as if it is their own.

All of your employees are caring , personable, thorough and honestly care about the pets in your charge. My dog Jethro. Loves coming to spend his time there with you. And I can tell by their treatment of him they truly do enjoy and care for him. I am very comfortable leaving Jethro with you knowing you will treat and care for him as if he was your own. That makes me very happy .

The staff are always wonderful and it seemed that Quinn had a good time.

Our pug Ollie loves going to Dogtopia! He practically leaps out of the car whenever we take him. The staff is always friendly and responsive to our requests. I also really like being able to check up on him via webcam. We know he’ll be well cared for whenever he’s there.

This was our first time having our dog groomed at Dogtopia of Springfield. Robbie listened to what I wanted as far as the groom, showed great affection towards my dog, and she looked great and was happy when I picked her up! The entire experience was excellent.

The staff is friendly and actively engages with the clientele. Plus you take very good care of Cairo and he loves spending time there.

Dogtopia in Springfield, VA is awesome. They take wonderful care of our pup, and every person there is so nice and professional. But the most important review comes from our pup. It’s obvious by her quick step and wiggly butt that she loves being there.
