I would like to hear more about how his days are going. If there are behavioral issues that we could work on or like his favorite things to do during the day. Just like a one sentence summary at pick up would be nice.

One of the friendliest and cleanest locations and dog daycares in Northern Virginia! My dog is always excited to go into Springfield Dogtopia. Could not ask for a better daily daycare for my dog!

I love the personal touch. All of the employees know my dogs and call them by name when we arrive and leave. Some even know MY name. In addition, there doesn’t seem to be any turnover which is always a good sign. We love Tuesday nights in my house – my dogs are exhausted! If I had one “complaint” it would be that there is no outdoor area. It’s not a big deal for a daycare visit, but for longer boarding visits it would be nice if there was the opportunity for them to see the sun. Overall, we LOVE Dogtopia!

I like the staff at Springfield Dogtopia. They are very friendly and seem dedicated to ensuring the safety and care of my dog, Buddy. They listen when I have questions. I really like being able to watch my pup on the webcam.

Staff is great.
We are satisfied but prices have risen to an outrageous overnight amount.

Friendly staff and clean establishment. Our puppy was nervous about being around new people and dogs but is slowly acclimating to daycare with the help of the patient and friendly staff at Dogtopia of Springfield. We love that they offer three rooms based on temperament, play styles and weight, which we feel is a big reason our Millie has acclimated so quickly and feels comfortable around dogs of her similar size. We couldn’t be happier with our experience so far.

The staff is always friendly and greet me and my dogs by name as we enter. I love the doggie cam, getting a chance to check in on how much fun my dogs are having during their stay. They always come back home worn out from play!

I don’t like that the dogs go to the bathroom indoors. That’s a setup for bad habits. Also I realize I guess I didn’t ask for my dog to be dried after his bath but when I got him after boarding + bath he smelled terrible!!!

Friendly staff who really care about the pets they serve. Also the positive and playful environment which allows the pets to throughly enjoy themselves.
