My dog is very happy there. The staff is really nice and cares about the dogs. Also, the place is very clean.
They take great care of our dog, even cleaning him up and wiping him down before he’s released. I also love the webcam that allows us to check in on him throughout the day.

The staff for sure ! But also the access of being able to see my dog via WebCam. Also, after a long day at Dogtopia she is tired! She needs the exercise and she needs to be around other dogs.
Perhaps a checklist of all items dogs/pets come in with, to ensure they go home with same.
On our most recent visit, our dogs with sent home without their collars/dog tags.
We didn’t realize it until a distance from the facility. When my wife called the person who answered acknowledged she was the one who brought the dogs out, but my wife said was somewhat blasé about it.

As soon as I walk in the door they know my name and Skylar also, that is a great feeling! The staff is great!

I’ve just been to other day cares where they walk the dogs or have an outdoor area. So ideally I’d like if you guys had an outdoor area but I know I won’t happen. I still do like the place and would recommend.
I thought the staff really seemed engaged in their work. There were not too many dogs in one area. The dogs were vetted and seemed to enjoy playing with each other.
