We have used Dogtopia for daycare services for almost 2 years, but we also use them for boarding. Recently, my husband and I were away for over a week and Dogtopia went above and beyond to keep our dog happy and safe. The managers and assistant managers, Sam and Karen, called us with updates and sent us pictures of our pup. They even took her into the office for special one on one time. The coaches gave her extra love and affection, as well. Our feeding schedule and medication schedule rang we created for our dog was followed perfectly. There is no other place I would trust to watch my dog. We were able to relax on our vacation, and know that our dog was in amazing hands. I would recommend Dogtopia to any dog owner, especially dog owners who are a little crazy like my husband and I!
We love the staff, the location, the cleanliness and mostly that our pups seem happy to be dropped off and happy when we pick them up. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences so far.
We love everything anout Dogtopia, however we are not happy about losing the ability to buy 10pack daycare packages.

Not a huge fan of the new pricing structure but my dog LOVES coming there and loves the staff, especially Meegan. The sessions packages work better for us. Also sometimes evening pick up is a little chaotic. It was less so when colleen was around.
Loved the care they took of my puppy. Very happy with the safety and the workers.

The staff is great and the care and responsiveness has all been perfect. I have some concerns about staff turnover and potential changes with the new management but will wait before making any assumptions.
