The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable about leaving my extremely nervous dog in their care. He was in great health and spirits when I returned to pick him up, and the staff was able to share details of his stay with me

-Provide feedback on dogs after daycare
-Better method of grabbing dogs at pickup that doesn’t require the person at the front desk to get them
-I wish the curbside option on dogtopia app worked, it would be great if it did and a lot easier to not have to get out of the car
-There are a lot of fun activities on the board for each day with themes but I feel like they’re just for show and nothing is actually done
– improve social media, Instagram is outdated, would be nice if there were dogs of the day or even posts/stories to show the dogs playing
